Does anybody else notice a, um, glaring omission amongst the speakers here? Now, a number of these guys are friends of mine, and I'm happy they're speaking because they're well-qualified, but how does this still happen? It's like time travel! To a time in history when nobody else was making great websites.
I should be more positive -- their outreach to the white male community is very effective. We need to use the same strategy for other communities.

Well, you are missing the subtle differences. Yes, they are all white guys, but a few of them could be called dudes.
Also, there is a huge schism between the glasses clique and the rest of them...

I thought "Oh! He's obviously linking to Conference (X) or (Y)." But of course, it's a totally different thing.
