i'm on a roll

the last few days have been amazing, for reasons both personal and professional. but since this has somewhat become my running blog:


30 Miles in a month!
Hooray! I am definitely on a roll. The only thing that can make this better is finally going home and hanging out with my wife. :)

Well done! Now I'm ashamed of my own meagre running totals of late. I need more gadgets. I'm blaming the fact that my watch battery died a few months ago. I think some Nike + Apple athletogeekery is required.
