This is one of our family's current campaigns - to drink tap or filtered tap water, and to reduce the waste of buying bottled water. Great article recently in Fast Company that covers, among other issues, the environmental cost of our obsession with bottled water - 38 billion plastic bottles sent to landfills every year, in addition to the cost of production and shipping of water - to people who have very good water available at their kitchen sinks.
