So first of all, I believe that's the only tie I wore in the 90's. It was my favorite tie of the 80's and there was no way I was going to buy another one. Finally, Renee bought me more during my VC days and when forced to, I wear those.
But on the sexually explicit line, that was actually the whole point of our case. So as much as I'd like to claim credit for the jokiness of the line, it was a recurring trope for everyone who was part of the case. This was a "community standards" law that might have been relevant to media that was targeted at a certain geography but was totally impossible to define in the internet age. So if you look at my deposition (which was something like 7 hours long), I use that line over and over again. About halfway through, I started to make jokes about it ("maybe houses are offensive to homeless people").
